What types of collars do you offer?
We offer a wide variety of fun and casual collars in various sizes and designs. Side release collars are the most popular type of collar. Martingale collars allow a bit more control than side release collars.
What materials are your collars made from?
The collars are made from heavy-duty nylon and are rated for 1,400lbs. Many collars have a high-quality polyester ribbon over the webbing, except for many of the tartan collars, which have a fabric ribbon made from 50% cotton and 50% polyester.
How do I place an order?

Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. Please contact our customer service email at [email protected] as soon as possible.

No, we do not currently offer digital gift cards.

Currently, we ship within Canada, the United States and many European countries.

We offer standard and expedited shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method. Your items will be shipped out within five business days.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping within Canada typically takes 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available for faster delivery. Shipping to the United States can take 6-10 business days. Shipments to Europe can take 2-3 weeks.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email. If you have selected a trackable shipping service, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our website or the carrier's website. If you selected NO TRACKING, NO INSURANCE, this is the most budget-friendly option available for Canada Post, where there is no tracking or insurance on your package.
Will there be tariffs on my order?
If your order is going to the United States, we cannot determine whether it will be subject to tariffs. Unless your order is beyond $130, there should be no tariffs, but the Trump regime seems to apply its own rules without notice. We will not refund orders where you decide you don't want to pay tariffs and your order is "stuck" in the delivery path.

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order for unused and unworn items in their original, unopened packaging. Please contact us at [email protected] for a return authorization.
